4. How do we use the information?
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, personal data relates exclusively to the relationship between our company and the target person (client). We try to ensure maximum confidentiality and we use it only for the purposes for which the data it was collected.

4.1. To communicate with customers

4.4. For the web analytics with Google Adwords/Analytics and Yandex Metrika
We use different web analytics tools from partners, such as Google, Yandex, to collect information about the actions with our website or mobile applications, including the pages you visited, the site from which you went to our website, the time spent on each page, the operating system and web browser you use, as well as information about the network and IP address.
4.5. Data for the cookie policy
Cookies are used to improve our Services. They allow us to identify you on the next visits to our website. Each cookie can be used by the relevant service provider (for example, Google in the case of Google Analytics).
The information collected by cookies may be transmitted to the service partner and stored on their servers in a country other than your country of residence. The project of the Cahul Industrial Park has appeared in 2014. The first step was the idea of creating an Industrial Park with a delimited territory in the Southern region of the Republic of Moldova. It had to have all the infrastructure for economic activity in the mode of a special object to maximize the use of the human and economic potential of the region.
Cahul Industrial Park is located on the territory of the former Cahul Cheese factory. That is on the Griviţei Highway. Its area is 5,892 hectares. The territory belongs to the regional government of Cahul.
There are 12 buildings in the area. They are constructed for about 40%. The park was given into use for 30 years to the management company Sud-Invest Company Ltd. The solution to rant the area was signed by the regional government of Cahul on the basis of a competitive program.
Then it was necessary to describe the urgency of an industrial park. The documentation also took into account the project from technical and financial points of view.
According to Government Resolution No. 106 of February 26, 2016, Sud-Invest Company Ltd received the status of an Industrial Park.
Sud-Invest Company and the regional government of Cahul could create the project documentation of engineering networks and public infrastructure for the industrial park. The next step was submitting an application for participation in the Competition of Project proposals of the National Fund for Regional Development for 2017-2020. It was the project "Sustainable development of the Cahul Industrial Park as a business support structure of regional significance" for the building of engineering networks (sewerage, water, electricity, roads, infrastructure, etc.) that was approved for financing.
The Industrial Park announced the finishing of work on the construction of technical infrastructure and went into full operation mode in 2021.
The management company supports the residents of the Park, to help them maximize their efficiency. There are many offers for different companies. The list of services is always increases and that is adapted to the residents’ activity. You can see the list in Services.
It is necessary to give the request to get services for the organization of construction and registration of documents for the commissioning of production and commissioning.

Strategic Geographic Location
- The industrial park is located in Cahul, 3901, Griviței Highway.
- It is in an industrial area next to the R34 national highway.
- Cahul is connected to Romania through 2 customs post: Cahul-Oancha and Gurgulesti-Galats. It ties with Ukraine through the customs post Gurgulesti-Reni. Available routes are road, rail and sea.
- The sea and river routes are provided by the international port of Gurgulesti (45 km).
- The municipality of Cahul is the only one in Moldova that has access to the Black Sea through the Danube coast.

The right to privatize land for building at a preferential price
The right to privatize state-owned land for buildings construction is granted at the preferential price that was established at the time of its transfer to the management company of the industrial park for use or for rent to residents of the industrial park. The right can be realized only after the purchasing or leasing of commissioned production and related buildings and structures in accordance with the Law on the Standard Price and method of land purchase and sale. Decreased number of state inspections of residents' activities
Optimization of state control over the residents’ activities is possible due to the conducting scheduled inspections in accordance with the annual schedule that was approved by the government. As for unscheduled inspections, they are conducted with the consent of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure in compliance with the current legislation. Reduction of the price for renting land and buildings
The management company applies a reduction coefficient up to 30% of the annual fee for the lease of state-owned land. It is written In the Law on the standard price and purchase and sale of land or the basic tariff for the annual lease of state-owned land. - There is an own substation, its voltage U = 10 kV, approved electrical power: P = 400,000 kW.
- It occurs in a low-pressure gas distribution system. Gas pressure in the pipeline: P = 0.3 MPa.
- The planned volume of gas in winter: V = 520 m3 / hour.
- The planned volume of gas in summer: V = 30 m3/hour.
- Gas supply system capacity: Q = 800 m3 / hour.
- Aqueduct network with the possible water flow: W = 38, 50 m3 / h.
- A sewer network with its own pumping station is available.
- A network of fire hydrants has a capacity of 30 l / sec.
- The territory is covered with paved roads with two ways to the national road R34 highway.
